Linda Liu
Principal
Linda Liu is a principal of the firm. Her practice encompasses a broad range of trusts and estates matters, with a particular focus on complex estate planning techniques for individuals and families.
Linda regularly counsels clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer techniques involving gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. She has extensive experience advising on the creation of irrevocable dynasty trusts, leveraged wealth-transfer techniques, and qualified small business stock (QSBS) planning. Linda’s aim is to help clients structure estate plans that reflect their personal values, family dynamics, and long-term goals.
In addition, Linda advises clients on prenuptial agreements, the administration and settlement of large trusts and estates (including preparing and filing federal and state estate tax returns), gift tax returns, and charitable giving strategies. Linda often works closely with financial advisors, accountants, and family offices to provide integrated counsel for her clients.
